**Machine Operator** Join our family-owned company as a Machine Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in building cash drawers. We value experience but are open to candidates who are comfortable working with hand tools and can maintain a fast pace on their feet all day. We're busy and ready to hire quickly, offering plenty of hours on the floor. **Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret work orders, process plans, drawings, and diagrams for cash drawer assembly. + Perform inspection and testing of completed cash drawers. + Use hand and power tools. + Engage in various assembly line duties to keep the work dynamic and interesting. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Experience in testing and assembling electronic devices. + Ability to perform precise work with strong attention to detail. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity. + Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English. + Ability to accurately assemble parts using written, verbal, and visual instructions. + Skilled in using power and hand assembly tools. + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs consistently. + Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + 6 months of manufacturing experience and a positive attitude. Mechanical aptitude and experience with construction/hand tools are also considered. + Ability to pass a background check. + Ability to work on your feet all day. + Willingness to work overtime. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
