You will work with both hand and power tools to assemble units and perform testing and calibration to verify that all products meet required tolerances. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot will directly impact product quality and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and power tools according to product specifications. + Test and calibrate components to meet required tolerances and ensure the final product is within product specifications. + Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and make necessary repairs to meet requirements. + Ensure the final product is in full compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. + Work closely with team members to ensure production goals and timelines are met. + Follow established guidelines and instructions to perform assembly tasks under supervision. **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2-4 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field. + Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly. + Ability to perform calibration and testing of mechanical units. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to follow guidelines and work under immediate supervision. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift objects exceeding 30 lbs. and engage in repetitive movements. + Exposure to machine, chemical, and other physical risks as part of the job. **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , We offer a competitive rate of **$21 / hr for first shit 7am-3:30pm** .
