**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Candidates will be performing the first assembly of high-end office furniture. The job involves using various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products. Candidates must be able to operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, hand and power tools, and read blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform the first assembly of high-end office furniture + Use various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products + Operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, hand and power tools + Read and interpret blueprints + Ensure quality control through inspection of assembled products + Prepare and paint wood products using spray guns and industrial painting techniques **Essential Skills** + Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, assembly, or woodworking + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including miter saws, table saws, and band saws + Capability to read a tape measure accurately + Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of machine operation experience is preferred but not required + Experience with custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, and wood cutting + Familiarity with painting, spray guns, and industrial painting techniques **Why Work Here?** Family-operated company with numerous opportunities for growth. The manufacturing process is highly organized. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses (provided), and hearing protection (provided). Employees can wear jeans or shorts during the summer. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
