**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** This role involves building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. Employees will use hand and power tools and utilize blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. The job includes learning to braze copper piping, grinding off the finished product, and requires standing throughout the shift while working both individually and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** + Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks. + Follow blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. + Learn and perform brazing on copper piping. + Grind and finish assembled products. + Work both individually and as part of a team. + Stand throughout the entire shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and follow blueprints. + Comfortable standing for the entire shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to enter the manufacturing field is important. + 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus. **Knowledge or experience working with Why Work Here?** We offer excellent benefits including PTO, 401K matching, holiday pay, health, vision, and dental insurance. Employees can expect a $0.50 raise after 90 days and additional raises once hired permanently. **Work Environment** This is a very large manufacturing environment with a high-speed pace, but it is not an assembly line. The environment is clean but can get hot in the summer as it is not temperature controlled. The position is in the HDLC Department on the 1st shift with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may require employees to start as early as 5:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
