**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers in the North Austin area. Join us and become part of a dynamic team working in a state-of-the-art facility. **Responsibilities** + Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. + Position and align parts in specified relationships to each other in a jig, fixture, or other holding device. + Assemble parts using various methods such as staking, screwing, bolting, riveting, welding, soldering, cementing, or press fitting. + Mount assembled components to boards or units. + Install multi-level subassemblies and modules into racks using complex configurations. + Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets. + Tend machines that press, shape, or wind component parts. + Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. + Set up station with the correct documents and components per assembly drawing. + Assist in performing repair work. + Communicate any process problems with peers, leads, supervisors, and/or engineers. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED. + Experience in manufacturing operations. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to perform assembly tasks, including PCB and sub-assemblies. + Excellent eye-to-hand coordination and attention to detail. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly is a plus. + Ability to work well in a team. + Willingness to learn and reliable. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a safe, large, and climate-controlled facility in North Austin.
