This role involves caulking large and small complex parts from start to finish using a caulking tool and following work instructions. You will be maneuvering in tight spaces and perfecting manufacturing caulking techniques. **Responsibilities:** + Conduct and perfect manufacturing caulking techniques + Build to productivity and quality goals + Assemble components and finished goods to product specifications + Interpret product diagrams/blueprints + Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors **Mechanical Assembler** (2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM, $18-$19/hr) We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling large and small complex parts from start to finish using a variety of hand/power tools, fixtures, and work instructions. You will work in a team environment and stand for long periods. **Responsibilities:** + Perform a variety of operations involving the manufacturing of simple-to-complex mechanical metal assemblies and sub-assemblies + Use high-level mechanical aptitude and competency in assemblies + Experience with riveting and glue assemblies + Build to productivity and quality goals + Assemble components and finished goods to product specifications + Interpret product diagrams/blueprints + Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors in mechanical components + Identify and solve problems related to broken mechanical products **Skills:** + Assembly, Mechanical, Fabrication, Blueprint, Mechanical assembly, Production **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + 1-2 years' experience in a related field + Ability to read/learn blueprints and other product specification documents + Proficient in the use of hand/air tools and torque specs + Ability to use measuring instruments preferred **Experience Level:** + Entry Level _Apply now for an immediate interview_ **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
