Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our team. The role involves unbundling wires and components/connectors for kitting, standing at a billboard to place and connect wires, forming wire harness assemblies, and performing electrical tests. Additionally, you will be responsible for taping wires together.

Work Environment
The company is an ISO certified electronics part supplier that builds wire harnesses for electronic use, wire, or cable. Some of their customers include Schneider Electric and Caterpillar. The work environment is not climate-controlled; it is heated in the winter but can get hot in the summer. The first shift runs from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with some overtime on Fridays. The dress code includes wearing a T-shirt and pants without holes, rips, or tears, and closed-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
