Job Description
Support the manufacturing, engineering, operations, and shipment processes by leveraging your strong mechanical assembly experience and knowledge of supply chain processing. Your primary responsibilities include constructing and wiring ultrasonic transducers for cleaning units, troubleshooting electrical failures on circuit boards, and creating international and domestic shipments.
ResponsibilitiesSupport manufacturing with mechanical assembly experience and product testing.Support engineering by working on prototype PCBs, procuring components, and handling general repair needs.Support operations by maintaining office equipment and performing general duties as required.Support shipments by creating international and domestic shipments for all major carriers and occasional mailings.Troubleshoot electrical failures on circuit boards.Construct and wire ultrasonic transducers for ultrasonic cleaning units.Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics for accurate construction and wiring.Perform routine hi-pot testing and impedance analysis on ultrasonic transducer arrays.Build and wire electrical control cabinets and boxes, installing timers, relays, switches, and PLCs.Develop cleaning procedures using our cleaning systems.Clean parts for the transducer assembly team.Perform transducer repairs and minor circuit board soldering as needed.Essential SkillsMechanical assembly experienceKnowledge of supply chain processingExperience with product testingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematicsRoutine hi-pot testing and impedance analysisBuilding and wiring electrical control cabinets and boxesInstalling timers, relays, switches, and PLCsSolderingTroubleshooting electrical failures on circuit boardsDeveloping cleaning proceduresAdditional Skills & QualificationsElectronic technical certificate2 years of experience with electronics, manufacturing, and test equipmentGood soldering skillsElectronic troubleshooting abilityProficiency with computers, MRP systems, and Microsoft ExcelSkills in engineering, electrical safety, industrial and electrical maintenance, wiring diagrams, electrical controls, and maintenance and repairWillingness to learn and use hand and power toolsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
