**Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical and Electrical Assembler responsible for the accurate assembly of small power drives. This role involves using small hand and power tools to assemble products according to Engineering documents, ensuring high-quality standards throughout the process. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. + Use small hand and power tools for assembly tasks. + Assemble products following Engineering documents. + Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs. + Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process. + Complete and maintain all required paperwork. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, hand tools, schematics, and blueprints. + Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly. + Understanding of blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly. + GED or High School Diploma. **Why Work Here?** We offer a voluntary benefits package, a $125 safety shoe reimbursement once hired, and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement. The work involves small part assembly with no heavy lifting required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
