Job Description
The main function of a production technician is to support the production functions as well as to use automated test equipment to perform calibration and verification processes by product line. The technician maintains and makes necessary operating adjustments to test units, determines material or replacement needs, and identifies a logical method for repair. They take appropriate action to meet those needs and perform repairs. The technician follows all established ESD (Electrostatic Discharge/Damage) requirements, maintains records related to electronic and electrical equipment, and may complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Additionally, they prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems, meet daily/weekly OTS requirements, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a production facility with standard safety protocols. You will work with automated test equipment and follow established ESD requirements. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures to ensure quality and safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
