Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description:

Are you ready to be a part of something extraordinary? Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in building luxury ambulances from the ground up! Your responsibilities will include installing grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding floors. You'll also assist with the installation of IV hangers, drawer catches, and support other departmental employees, all while adhering to our production schedule to maintain top-notch quality. Additionally, you'll cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets, accurately measure and saw materials, and prepare boards for cabinet assembly.

Responsibilities:

Bring your craftsmanship to life by installing grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding floors.Be a vital part of our team by assisting with the installation of IV hangers and drawer catches.Collaborate with other departmental employees to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.Maintain our high standards of quality by adhering to the production schedule.Showcase your precision by cutting laminate according to work orders and blueprints.Accurately measure and saw materials to prepare boards for cabinet assembly.

Essential Skills:

6+ months of manufacturing experience.Proficiency in reading a tape measure.Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Knowledge of electrical assembly, welding, MIG welding, CNC machine operation.Experience on a production line.

Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
