This is a long term, temp to hire opportunity, with a pay rate of **$20.00 per hour** . If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, apply today for immediate consideration! **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform a range of operations within the work center, cell, or flow-line for final assembly. + Assemble, inspect, pack, ship, and handle component parts or sub-assemblies using basic tools and assembly techniques. + Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to prescribed processes. + Work to a pre-assigned level of output while maintaining quality standards. + Rotate between workstations to gain cross-training and facilitate coverage of department needs. + Follow production sketches, process sheets, and instructions to determine setup procedures, equipment/materials needed, assembly processes, safety precautions, and cycle times. + Assist with more complex tasks, as necessary, to support team goals. **Qualifications:** + Ability to use basic tools and perform assembly operations. + Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. + Ability to work from production sketches and process sheets. + Ability to rotate stations and cross-train as needed. + Prior experience in assembly is a plus but not required. **Apply Now for instant consideration!** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
