**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCB assembly, soldering (through hole), and wire harness assembly. They should be proficient in using basic hand tools and capable of interpreting complex drawings and technical documents. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities** + Perform PCB assembly, soldering (through hole), and wire harness assembly with high precision and attention to detail. + Use basic hand tools (tweezers, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) to perform assembly tasks. + Record, maintain, and retrieve data through paper or computer, as required. + Move assigned electro-mechanical hardware through production to the next operation, ensuring proper handling and flow. + Follow complex drawings, operation sheets, assembly procedures, material specifications, and verbal instructions for assembly tasks. + Fulfill technical qualifications by demonstrating proficiency in job tasks, including practical demonstrations of skills. + Maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2-4 years of directly related experience in electro-mechanical assembly. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in soldering (through hole), PCB assembly, and wire harness assembly. + Proficient in using basic hand tools (tweezers, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.). + Ability to interpret complex drawings, technical documents, and assembly instructions. + Capable of conducting continuity checks and other quality assurance tests. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + IPC certification is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills and expertise are valued.
