**Job Description** As a Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinder Assembler, you will join a team environment focused on meeting goals for safety, quality, and productivity to satisfy customer demands. **Responsibilities** + Assemble a variety of cylinder components in preparation for final assembly. + Assemble bearings required for kitting and assist in other areas as needed. + Complete final assembly of small to large bore cylinders. + Work from simple chart drawings, routings, and work instructions. + Gather, clean, and assemble components as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and standard operating procedures. + Proficiency in machine shop math. + Ability to operate power hand tools. + Proficiency in using micrometers, verniers, and a variety of other measuring instruments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution required. + Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Must live within a 50-mile radius of the Jackson, MI facility; no relocation benefit is provided for this position. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
