**Job Title: Assembler / 1st shift / $16+** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various assembly tasks, ensuring high-quality products while maintaining a collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable standing for long periods and willing to be cross-trained in multiple areas. **Responsibilities** + Document received parts accurately. + Perform factory reset by manually pressing a button. + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs (60-90 minutes cycle time). + Execute Wi-Fi tests. + Perform elevated temperature tests. + Carry out cosmetic cleaning. + Conduct cosmetic repairs. + Execute In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Assemble kits. + Pack out and build pallets for shipment. + Ship products. + Scan parts at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable standing for the entirety of the workday. + Ability to work well with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. + Experience with assembly, packing, retail, repair, quality inspection, soldering, test equipment, RF scanner, computer use, blueprint reading, and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Join us at the start of a major partnership, offering potential growth opportunities into leadership roles.
