**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking an Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will work in the production department and be responsible for assembling electrical panels, units for testing, and finished goods. This role requires the ability to follow wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings with strong attention to detail and patience. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electrical panels and units for testing and finished goods. + Follow wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings accurately. + Utilize basic hand tools for assembly tasks. + Maintain strong attention to detail and patience during the assembly process. + Perform rework as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly and hand tools. + Ability to read wiring diagrams or mechanical drawings. + High School Diploma or GED. + Proficiency in reading and writing English. + Experience with production and blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Understanding of rework processes. + Previous experience using basic hand tools. + Ability to read assembly drawings and follow work instructions. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and detail-oriented work. The work is repetitive and requires focus and consistency. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
