**Job Title: Assembler ENTRY LEVEL!!** **Pay & Shift Breakdown:** 1st Shift - Mon-Fri 6:00 am to 2:00 pm - 14.50hr 2nd Shift - Mon - Fri 2:00 pm - 10:00 am - 15.50hr 3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am - 15.75hr **Job Description** We are seeking an assembler for HVAC units. The assembler will learn multiple assembly lines and may be placed in different positions including Coil Slab assembly, lacing, and manual melting line. **Responsibilities** + Assemble HVAC units by putting coils directly into metal slabs. + Perform lacing and manual melting line tasks. + Utilize hand tools such as screw guns and mallets. + Move throughout the assembly line as needed. + Learn and perform various assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly preferred + Proficiency with hand tools preferred + General labor experience + Experience with power tools + Ability to work on an assembly line. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Steel toes, jeans or work pants, T-shirt or long sleeve shirt are required. + Ability to be trained on multiple jobs. + No experience required, good job tenure preferred. + No high school diploma required. **Why Work Here?** We offer employee appreciation lunches, good benefit packages, and the opportunity for conversion at the 60-day mark. All additional PPE will be provided. **Work Environment** Our manufacturing facility is temperature controlled, though it may be hotter in some areas on the assembly line. It is very loud, requiring ear plugs to be worn. The facility is very clean and organized, with names on each station and big signs indicating necessary items. TVs display the number of units produced on your shift and your performance relative to targets. We have an open-door policy with the Plant Manager. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift (6am-2pm, Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday), and 3rd shift (10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vidalia, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $15.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
