**Location: Longmont, CO** **Shift: Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm** **Pay: $20-24/hr, depending on experience** **Job Description:** Aerotek is seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing medical device manufacturing company in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment and/or strong precision assembly experience, with the ability to work with small parts. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble medical devices with precision and accuracy. + Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality assembly. + Work in a clean room environment to maintain product integrity. + Perform quality control checks and document results. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. **Qualifications:** + Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace). + Strong precision assembly experience + Ability to work with small parts and use microscopes. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Good communication and teamwork skills. **Dress Code for Clean Room Environment:** + Cleanroom Garments: Employees must wear cleanroom gowns, gloves, and shoe covers to prevent contamination. + Personal Hygiene: Employees must avoid using cosmetics, perfumes, or lotions, as these can cause contamination. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
