**IMMEDIATELY HIRING** for Assemblers in the **Lansdale, PA** area for **FULL TIME** opportunity for this manufacturing company working. This individual will be responsible for assembling a variety of components to build units for military and civilian usage. You will use a variety of tools, vices, and clamps to cleanly assemble products, ensuring they are properly assembled and checking quality throughout the mechanical assembly process. Having a strong attention to detail, inspecting the parts for any defects and matching serial numbers with the customer order. This is a FULL TIME and LONG TERM opportunity that has openings on 1st and 2nd shift. Please review the information below and if interested apply by submitting your resume with the best contact information for us to reach out and speak further about this opportunity and next steps in the process. **Responsibilities** + Assemble a variety of components for military and civilian units. + Use hand and power tools, as well as vices and clamps, for assembly. + Ensure the correct assembly of finished parts and maintain quality control throughout the process. **Essential Skills** + Previous assembly/manufacturing experience with a mechanical background. + Ability to correctly use hand and power tools. + Proficient in blueprint reading and using a tape measure. + Mechanically and mathematically inclined. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to understand, speak, write, and read English. + Capable of lifting up to 50lbs. + Effective team player with punctuality. + Ability to differentiate colors and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing. + Flexibility to switch tasks regularly. + Basic math skills and keen attention to detail. + Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and address issues. + Basic computer skills for inventory and tool tracking. + Willingness to work weekends and overtime. + Comfortable handling firearms. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
