**Seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers in Fridley, MN** **1st Shift & $22-26/hr** **Job Description:** + Read and interpret work orders, process plans, drawings, and diagrams required in the assembly of cash drawers and related products. + Assemble electrical and electronic equipment according to specifications. + Perform inspection and testing of cash drawers and cash drawer products per customer requirements. + Mentor and assist new assembly workers as requested by team leaders or supervisors. + Complete all tasks and duties as assigned by team leaders, supervisors, or production managers. + Maintain a clean and safe workstation, identify and correct safety issues. + Learn and maintain knowledge of all workstations, tools, and fixtures used in the assembly process. **Essential Skills:** + Experience testing and assembling electronic devices + Ability to perform highly precise work with strong attention to detail + Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity + Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding the English language + Demonstrated ability to accurately assemble parts using written, verbal, and visual instructions + Skilled in using power and hand assembly tools **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a great opportunity for internal advancement, a 7.5% 401K match, and very good health benefits.
