**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-oriented Assembler who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day. This role involves working in various areas of a 12-step assembly process, ensuring quality and efficiency at each stage. **Responsibilities** + Receiving and documenting incoming parts + Performing factory reset by manually pressing a button + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs + Executing Wi-Fi tests + Conducting elevated temperature tests + Performing cosmetic cleaning + Handling cosmetic repairs + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC) + Kitting parts + Building pallets for shipping + Shipping completed units **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work on feet for the entirety of the day + Ability to work well with others + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity + Punctuality + Experience with assembly, packing, retail, repair, refurbishing, stock management, quality inspection, soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, power tools, and general labor **Why Work Here?** This role is part of a major partnership that could lead to growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
