**Assembler - $20/hr** **Job Description** Light industrial assembly of conveyor belt components and systems. **Responsibilities** + Assemble conveyor belt components and systems. + Utilize basic hand tools and a tape measure. + Follow detailed instructions and mechanical assembly procedures. + Work on an assembly line and interpret blueprints. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools. + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Ability to use a tape measure. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity starting at $20 per hour. With good attendance, you can earn raises at 30, 60, and 90 days (up to $23 per hour) and another raise to $24 per hour once you become a direct employee. This is one of the best-paying first-shift jobs in the area, and it's open to junior-level workers. **Work Environment** The position is located inside a manufacturing facility. While the facility is not temperature controlled, fans are available, and Gatorade/water stations are set up to ensure comfort. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
