**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling actuators in multiple value streams, inspecting assembled components, and testing finished assemblies for functionality. **Responsibilities** + Assemble actuators in multiple value streams. + Inspect assembled components visually and with appropriate tools and tests. + Test finished assemblies for function using gauges, calibration, and measuring tools and equipment. + Check dimensions of parts prior to assembly and components post assembly against blueprints and specifications. + Document testing and quality control in appropriate forms and formats. + Perform basic preventative maintenance, including monitoring hand tools. + Contact team lead when tools are not operating within planned parameters. + Review written or electronic blueprints and specifications for a job. + Select tools and materials needed for assembly, including calibration equipment and hand tools. + Request parts and workpieces needed for and during shift, ensuring necessary resources are available at the workstation. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly processes. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Competence in using a tape measure. + Knowledge of hydraulic assembly. + Mechanical aptitude and assembling skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma required. + Entry-level assembly experience, training, licenses, and/or certification preferred. + Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Ability to lift up to 40lbs. **Why Work Here?** Once hired directly, you will receive an increase in salary, 20 PTO days, 2 floating holidays, and 11 paid holidays.
