**Job Title: POD Builder/Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric and holding inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, and working in a loud, fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a given time frame. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential. **Responsibilities** + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric. + Hold and manage inventory. + Comfortably lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work in a loud and fast-paced environment. + Collaborate with team members to complete a certain number of swaps within a specific time frame. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Commercial construction and assembly experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry, production, or similar fields. + Punctual and reliable. + Safety conscious. + Team player. + Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting, pulling, pushing, and using hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. **Why Work Here** Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills.
