**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Production Team Member will work on the shop floor, potentially being assigned to one of three different departments. All candidates will be cross-trained and may need to fill in other departments as required. **Responsibilities** + Assemble computer rack systems using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and air guns. + Handle racks that vary in size from 3ft to 7ft tall. + Load manufactured parts onto a paint line, requiring team lifts for safety on larger parts. + Unload finished parts from the paint line to prepare for assembly. + Prep both finished and unfinished parts by grinding and deburring metals. + Organize parts for the assembly department. + Assist in loading and unloading trucks. + Perform basic warehouse duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Familiarity with assembly and manufacturing processes. + Basic mechanical skills. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Simi Valley, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.80/hr.
