**Job Title:** Assembler **Location:** Muskegon, MI (Relocating to Byron Center in July) **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hr **Shift:** 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM) **About the Role:** Our client is seeking a **dedicated Assembler** to join their team. This role requires assembling various metal parts into a finished product while following verbal and written instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience using power tools, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities:** + Construct wooden pallets for various metal parts. + Assemble metal parts into a finished product. + Band and wrap skids of finished products. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Skills & Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED preferred. + Prior assembly experience is a plus. + Ability to use various tools, including Sawzall, miter saw, nail gun, drill, etc. + Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions. + Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings. + Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods. + Capable of lifting up to 49 lbs frequently, with twisting, bending, and carrying parts. + Dependable and punctual with minimal unplanned absences. + Customer-focused and quality-driven. + Must work effectively as part of a team. + Must follow all company policies, procedures, and processes. **What’s in It for You?** + Competitive pay of **$20.00/hour** . + Opportunity to work in a clean and safe environment. + Gain valuable hands-on experience in assembly and manufacturing. + Full-time hours with paid training. + Career growth opportunities within the company. **Important Note:** This position is currently based in **Muskegon, MI,** but the company is relocating to **Byron Center, MI, in July.** Candidates must be open to working in the new location. **Ready to Apply?** Stop your job search and apply today!
