Job Description
Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems. Responsible for wiring the power systems and assembling electrical components. Required to read schematics and engineering drawings for assembly and use hand and power tools, including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measure. This is a non-climate controlled environment, and the assembler will be required to stand for the entire shift. May also be required to stand on ladders for assembly, as units can reach the size of 8 feet in height.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a pay raise, profit sharing, benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k upon conversion to a permanent employee. Profit sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly and typically equal about $1 extra per hour. Benefits are provided immediately upon permanent conversion. Employees can learn various skills in the new facility, such as wiring, mechanical, welding, CNC machinery, electrical testing, and paint line.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50
