Job Title: Production Operator /Assembly /Cleaner
Department: Assembly
Reports To: Production Lead / Manufacturing Manager
Summary - Performs technical duties related to the assembly process. This includes, but is not
limited to, set up and clean-up of equipment, operation of machines, inspection of product as
manufactured, troubleshooting, and other tasks as deemed necessary. This position will be
working in a regulated environment and following ISO13485 Quality System Requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Performs all activities in accordance with the company's Quality System policies, procedures, and
instructions.
• Reads blueprint or workorder for product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and color as well
as tooling instructions such as fixtures, SUP’s, SOP’s, etc.
• Sets up and tears down equipment, as necessary.
• Reviews tooling for damage prior to set-up.
• Performs all manufacturing processes in accordance with respective SUP and/or SOP.
• Performs visual inspection and dimensional inspection of product manufactured according to associated
SUP, SOP or QAP.
• Troubleshoots process problems with assistance of lead, set-up tech, supervisor or engineering
representative.
• Counts all product manufactured (manually or weight).
• Ensures proper handling and packaging of product while manufacturing and/or inspection in the Assembly
department.
• Documents all activities performed using good documentation practices in accordance with our Quality
System.
• Returns unused material to the respective inventory location upon completion of job.
• Responsible for cleaning facility including but not limited to bathrooms, floors, walls, breakroom.
• Miscellaneous maintenance task
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed normal and customary for this position in a similar industry.
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
