Job Description
We are seeking dedicated medical assemblers to join our team for day and swing shifts. As a contract manufacturer of medical device tubing, you will be assembling various types of custom tubing using hand tools and working under microscopes. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment while wearing a bunny suit to maintain product integrity. You will be sitting for the majority of your shift but will occasionally need to stand at certain work stations.
ResponsibilitiesFollow instructions, meet schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork skills.Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures in English.Learn new equipment and processes quickly and demonstrate proficiency.Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps, and verification.Ensure compliance with quality system requirements.Maintain cleanroom area per procedures.Train future assemblers on procedures.Build medical product assemblies with high quality, consistency, and speed.Evaluate personal workspace, equipment, and tooling for compliance with specifications.Operate equipment including Split die, Braider, Laminator, Pad Printer, RF Tipper, Coiler.Perform all other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsHand tool experience (cutters, tweezers, razor blades).Experience using microscopes.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production, assembly, machine operation, and inspection.Experience with blueprints and mechanical assembly.Capability to handle packaging tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a cleanroom environment with individual workstations, assembling products by hand and inspecting under microscopes. The dress code includes wearing a smock, hair net, beard net (if necessary), gloves, and closed-toed shoes.
