**Assembler** **Pay $22 per hour** **Job Description** Currently seeking an Assembler to build custom rooftop units using various hand and power tools. This role also involves helping around the shop with tasks such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and clean-up to ensure other assemblers can continue their work. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into other areas. **Responsibilities** + Build customer commercial rooftop units (large HVACs similar to Greenheck/Innovent) + Use various hand and power tools for assembly + Assist around the shop with sweeping, shrink wrapping, and clean-up + Support other assemblers in their tasks **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience + Experience in mechanical assembly and use of hand/power tools + Ability to read blueprints + HVAC sheet metal experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry or sheet metal is strongly preferred + A good attitude and willingness to learn + Ability to execute high-fives crisply and repeatedly **Why Work Here?** Our culture is similar to a 'work hard, play hard' environment. The machines and assembly areas are located within the warehouse. The building is climate-controlled, and our team is small and close-knit. The founder and owner treats everyone like family. We have fun holiday parties and other random employee appreciation events. The shift is from 6am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 6am - 12pm on Friday. Employees get a 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. The dress code is casual, and steel toe boots are required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
