Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a small group of 3-4 people, assembling racks and fuse panels using basic tools. This position involves some physical activity, such as pulling lengths of wire and lifting wire spools, but it is not overly demanding. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with the company, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble racks and fuse panels using basic hand tools.Follow detailed assembly instructions and drawings.Pull lengths of wire and lift wire spools as needed.Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency with hand tools.Basic assembly skills.Ability to lift and handle wire spools.Mechanically inclined.Ability to read and follow directions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability.Computer literacy.Quick learner with mechanical aptitude.Desire to grow with the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
