**Job Title: Assembler**
**$22-$29/hr - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be responsible for electro-mechanical assembly of parts including floats and other aircraft parts. The work involves start to finish assembly using blueprints and schematics. The role requires the use of hand and power tools. Candidates will be trained to perform hydraulic work and point to point wiring.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electro-mechanical assembly of parts including floats and other aircraft parts.
+ Complete assembly tasks from start to finish using blueprints and schematics.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
+ Perform hydraulic work and point to point wiring after training.
+ Operate rivet guns and drill presses.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or mechanic related work.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ 3+ months of experience using a tape measure.
+ 1+ year of experience working with power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with using hand tools and mechanical assembly tools.
+ Experience with tape measures and mechanical assembly techniques.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a clean and organized shop, although it can get loud due to the tools in use. Safety glasses, ear plugs, and other safety equipment are provided. Depending on the project, you may work in a team of two or alone.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
