Performs production work assigned by the Lead person such as final assembly, testing, boxing deburring, and small sub-assemblies.  Perform quality checks as needed & properly record results if necessary. Alert Lead person of any quality problems, part shortages, machine breakdowns, or any other situations.

Key AccountabilitiesUtilizes all available hand and pneumatic tools and appropriate machinery  Occasional climbing of rolling ladders to retrieve materialsAble to work safely in an environment with continuous forklift trafficCommunicates equipment status to operations personnel before, during, and after the job.

Qualifications/Requirements

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focusWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to forklift trafficThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud. (Safety protection will be provided)The employee may spend 100% of their work hours on the plant floor
