**Job Title: Assembly - Skilled** **Job Description** Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems to create subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment. Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. Repair units or products that have failed to meet requirements. This position requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role follows clearly defined procedures and tasks with established guidelines to aid in decision making. The job requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the discipline.
