**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with others. You should be comfortable being on your feet for the entirety of the day and willing to be cross-trained in various areas. **Responsibilities** + Document received parts and components + Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button + Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs (cycle times 60-90 minutes) + Execute Wi-Fi tests + Perform elevated temperature tests + Carry out cosmetic cleaning and repairs + Conduct in-process quality control (IPQC) + Assemble kits + Pack out and build pallets, including palletizing for AT&T in kits + Prepare items for shipping + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work comfortably on your feet all day + Effective collaboration and teamwork skills + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas + Experience in assembly, packing, and quality inspection + Skills in repair, soldering, and refurbishing + Proficiency with test equipment, RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand dexterity + Punctuality **Why Work Here?** Join the start-up of a major partnership, offering potential growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
