Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented assembler who is comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day. This role requires the ability to work effectively with others and a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of the assembly process.
ResponsibilitiesReceiving: Documenting what is received.Factory Reset: Manually pressing a button.Automatic Test: Plugging in up to 32 units to determine what needs to be repaired (cycle times 60-90 minutes).Wi-Fi Test.Elevated Test: Temperature testing.Cosmetic Clean.Cosmetic Repair.In Process Quality Control (IPQC).Kitting.Pack Out/Pallet Build: Palletizing for AT&T in kits.Shipping.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail.Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day.Ability to work with others.Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas.Additional Skills & QualificationsHand dexterity.Punctuality.Experience with assembly, packing, retail, repair, refurbishing, stock management, quality inspection, soldering, test equipment, RF scanners, computer usage, blueprint reading, power tools, and general labor.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is located in a brand-new facility built specifically for this operation. It features a locker area and a cafeteria with refrigerators and microwaves. The site is conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants, just off Randall Road, half a mile north of I-90 and half a mile south of Highway 72.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
