What you will do:

Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing proceduresPerform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system proceduresMaintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards)Report all equipment and process related problems to area supervisor including events and circumstances which could affect product quality, cost, and employee safetyWork with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggests improvementsFlexibility and willingness to work overtime, including but not limited to weekend workWork in accordance with quality system proceduresLead and complete a minimum of one cross-functional continuous improvement idea annuallyTrain and monitors performance, conformance, and productivity of one or more cells
