Assembler Level 1 (Day Shift)

 

As an Assembler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our\nmanufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components and\nsubassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity\nto gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


In this role, you will impact our production efficiency and\nproduct quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standard\noperating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production\ntargets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.


Hours: 7am – 7pm
Shift: 2-2-3 schedule
Example:
2 days on: You will be scheduled to work for two consecutive days.
2 days off: After your two workdays, you will have two consecutive days off.
3 days on: Following your initial two days off, you will then work for three\nconsecutive days.
2 days off: Finally, you will have two more consecutive days off before the\ncycle repeats.

KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES

•   Assemble components and subassemblies\naccording to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
•   Inspect finished products for defects\nand ensure they meet quality specifications.
•   Maintain a clean and organized work\narea.
•   Follow all safety guidelines and\nprotocols.
•   Collaborate with team members to meet\nproduction targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

YOU MUST HAVE

•   6+ Months experience in\nmanufacturing.

•   Ability to read and interpret\nblueprints and work instructions.
•   Strong attention to detail and manual\ndexterity.
•   Previous experience in a\nmanufacturing or assembly role.
•   Ability to lift up to 35lbs
•   Ability to work in a physically\ndemanding environment.
•   Basic knowledge of quality control\nprinciples.
•   Good communication skills and ability\nto work effectively in a team.
•   Willingness to learn and adapt to new\nprocesses and technologies.
