Assembler - Level 2

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our Integrated Supply Chain. You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
• Inspect and verify the quality of finished products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation

- High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics
• Ability to work in a team environment and work effectively
• Good communication and people-oriented skills
