**Job Title: Assembler Operator**
**Job Description**
Employees will be working in the cleanroom in their Hollow Fiber line. As a Level 2 Operator, you will operate various manual machines, load parts, set and run programs, and inspect parts using microscopes and measurement tools. You will also use small hand tools and tweezers for basic assembly of components, reading from process sheets. This role involves detailed work with smaller components and requires standing for 10 hours while performing assembly processes of filters in a temperature-controlled and regulated non-clean room area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various manual machines.
+ Load parts, set, and run programs.
+ Inspect parts using microscopes and measurement tools.
+ Use small hand tools and tweezers for basic assembly of components.
+ Read from process sheets and perform documentation.
+ Stand for 10 hours while performing assembly processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
+ Experience reading from process sheets and performing documentation.
+ Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.
+ Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity.
+ 1+ year manufacturing experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with small tools.
+ Experience in cashier, machine operation, general labor, stocking, packaging, and medical assembly.

**Work Environment**
Contractors work in a full cleanroom environment. The Hollow Fiber area involves working around machinery, equipment, and hands-on tools. In the cleanroom, full gowns with hair/beard nets and eye protection are required. No jewelry or makeup is allowed in the cleanroom. Steel toe boots or shoes must be worn throughout the facility, along with safety glasses. The facility is clean, climate-controlled year-round, and each workstation is neatly organized. Candidates must be able to stand for 10 hours during their shift. The 1st shift is from 3:25 pm to 1:55 am, Monday-Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays at times.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
