**Job Title: Assembler - Small Panel**
**Responsibilities**
+ Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems
+ Wire electrical components
+ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings
+ Utilize hand and power tools including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures
+ Stand for the entire shift and occasionally stand on ladders for assembly
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with tape measures, power drills, and other hand tools
+ Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings
+ Experience in wiring electrical components
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly processes
+ High School Diploma or GED

Benefits are provided immediately upon permanent hire and are paid for by the company.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in manufacturing, construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or related fields
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
+ Proficiency using hand and power tools
+ Experience with wiring, soldering, electrical assembly, maintenance, or installation
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50
