Title : Assembler/Solderer Job ID#: 70344 Duration: 3 months contract Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM-4:00 PM) Location: Buena Park, CA Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Job Summary Under general supervision, performs assembly and solder operations according to manufacturing specifications and process instructions. Maintains accurate work in progress paperwork. Primary Responsibilities Using assembly instructions/drawings/process specifications and various small hand tools, builds various electromechanical assemblies to meet specifications Build wire harness using wire list and schematic Using solder seal, vapor phase solder and touch-up irons, solders assemblies in accordance with process instructions Visually inspects assemblies to ensure compliance to specifications Fills out and maintains necessary paperwork. Ensures paperwork is compliant with quality instructions and manufacturing job instructions Actively participates in the Quality Improvement System Performs other duties as required Basic Qualifications High school diploma or general education equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly Ability to Follow demonstrated assembly methods and techniques.
