We offer training and development to help you learn new skills and grow in your career. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble shocks according to approved drawings or visual aids. + Assemble hose assemblies and accessory kits. + Clean and prepare parts and sub-assemblies. + Perform visual and mechanical inspections for quality assurance. + Use various tools such as calipers, torque wrenches, and grinders. + Report quality issues and maintain a safe working environment. + Work in a fast-paced environment and perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills:** + Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly line. + Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written directions. + Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the full shift. + Basic knowledge of hand tools and ability to read and interpret drawings. + Basic computer skills to navigate company software programs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Experience with blueprints and sub-assemblies. + Detail-oriented with experience using measurement tools. **Job Type & Location:** + Contract to Hire position based in Poway, California. **Ready to Join Us?** **If you're excited about this opportunity and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
