Job Title: Soldering Assembler

Join a Manufacturing team as a Soldering Assembler and help scale our drone production.

Responsibilities:

Solder electronic components onto PCBs following schematics.Inspect and test soldered joints.Rework and repair defective components.Maintain a clean work area and tools.Follow safety guidelines.Collaborate to meet production goals.Document assembly issues.

Essential Skills:

Advanced soldering skills- BGA (Ball Grid Array) SolderingExperience with hand/power tools.Ability to read SOPs and follow directions.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications:

2-3+ years of BGA soldering experience.Assembly experience in manufacturing.No specific education requirements.
