If you are passionate about making an impact in a rapidly growing industry, working alongside like-minded professionals, and contributing to a successful team, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Job Title: Metal Parts Assembler** **Responsibilities:** + **Precise Assembly** : Assemble metal parts by hand with great attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. + **Outdoor Work** : Perform assembly tasks in outdoor environments, adapting to varying weather conditions and ensuring consistent performance in all conditions. + **Flexible Schedule** : Demonstrate the flexibility to work on Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines and business demands. + **Team Collaboration** : Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow. + **Safety Compliance** : Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in metal assembly or similar hands-on roles is a plus. + Ability to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to changing environments. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, when required. + A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. + Bilingual preferred but not required + 6:00AM - 2:00PM **Compensation:** + $17 per hour **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
