What You'll Do as an Assembler:

You'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products.Utilize microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble intricate components with accuracy.Inspect products meticulously, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.Read and interpret detailed drawings and work instructions.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.Collaborate as a team to achieve daily production goals.

Work Experience

We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of skills, experience, and a can-do attitude! To succeed in this role, you'll need:

HS diploma or GEDA preference for detail-oriented, hands-on work—experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not requiredAbility to read product blueprints and basic computer skills for documentationAbility to use measuring instruments, such as calipers and gauges, and read measurements in millimetersStrong fine motor skills and manual dexterity, with the ability to complete assembly tasks by handExcellent vision and hand-eye coordination to handle precise workCapable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to sit or stand for up to 75% of the shift
