Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the assembly function supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to quality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cooperatively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Milan, MI

Pay Range: $17 per hour

What's the Job?

Operate assembly machines to perform tasks such as spot welding, inserting pins or bolts, drilling holes, and creating threads. Sort and rework operations to ensure quality standards are met. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately to maintain production efficiency. Utilize quality assurance equipment to verify critical characteristics of the parts produced. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are essential. Ability to read and write effectively. Willingness to identify potential problems and work collaboratively with the team.
