**We are currently searching for Electrical Installers to join our team on the 2nd shift!** **Garden Grove, CA** **2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm** + **Candidates will train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)** Position: Electrical Assembler + **$20.50** + MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AT LEAST **ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:** + Cable harness or wire harness assembly + Soldering + Small parts assembly + Potting and molding + We are searching for candidates with drive and a good attitude + 6 months of Mechanical or Electro Mechanical Assembly experience + We PREFER candidates that have experience in wire harness or cable harness assembly (But NOT required) + Must be able to be trained on how to solder + Good manual dexterity, and able to use small hand tools (crimpers and wire strippers). + Efficient, reliable, and hands-on. + Must be able to work independently with little supervision. + Willing to learn new skills and able to follow instructions carefully. + Must be able to accurately document their work, filling out the proper forms. + Must be able to work 70% of a regular shift standing up.
