What You'll Do as an Assembler:

Assemble, fabricate, and weld custom material handling systemsOperate machinery and tools to create precise componentsFollow blueprints, schematics, and work ordersConduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issuesCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsMaintain a clean and safe work environment


Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have strong communication skills and attention to detailBe self-motivated, proactive, and safety-focusedBe able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and measurements (tape measures, calipers, micrometers)Have experience in shop math, material identification, and using weld fit gaugesBe proficient with hand tools, machine tools, and equipment like saws, grinders, and drill pressesHave a mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skillsBe capable of working in varying temperaturesBe eager to learn new skills and manufacturing techniques
