Job Title: Assembly A - Tubes - Compressed Shift 1A Job Code: 20178 Job Location: Tempe, AZ Job Schedule: Compressed shift 1A / Work schedule 48/36WK1ALTW Job Description: Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules. Essential Functions: + Ability to wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses. + Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures. + Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. + Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. + Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures. + Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. + Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. + Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. + Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email) + Good written and verbal communication skills + Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. + Must be able to clearly read and write in English. + Qualifications: + Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.
